Incident Summary:
NCI observed 3 surf rescue kayaks being launched on exercise. One occupant lost contact with kayak, unable to swim back and upturned kayak was being blown down channel.
HMCG informed and camera link established. Person reached shore, and ILB tasked to recover kayak, which was returned to shore.
