NCI observed a floating mass, considered a hazard to navigation and wildlife. HMCG informed, and told of a F.V fishing close by. CG asked vessel to investigate. Mass was reported to be a mass of
jelly fish. NCI were asked to inform any vessels without AIS nearby of hazard.
