NCI observed a paddle boarder in difficulty, trying to attract attention of fishing vessel. HMCG informed, and while on phone, F.V. went to assist casualty. Crew assisted casualty, with possible foil
problem, and then casualty was observed to return to shore. All safe and CG informed.
