NCI observed a yacht having difficulty against the tide. Vessel called HMCG, but did not issue May Day or Pan Pan. NCI informed CG they had visual. Motor vessel offered assistance, and set up a tow.
NCI kept CG informed of progress until casualty reached mooring in marina.
