Incident Summary:
Yacht called NCI re. engine failure, proceeding under sail but concerned at losing control. HMCG informed, and passed on contact details. Vessel not visible from lookout. Update revealed yacht was
being escorted by AWLB past the headland, then would make way to port under sail. Harbour contacted by CG to provide assistance when arrived. Arrived 2.5 hrs later - all safe.
