HMCG called NCI re. report of yacht with possible fouled prop. NCI informed CG they had been monitoring vessel, skipper had been waving one hand. Nearby RIB undertook tow, then made its own way
towards harbour, visibility then lost in fog, CG updated. Satisfied vessel made it to safety of harbour.
