NCI called HMCG re. an inflatable drifting out to sea on a falling tide and offshore wind. One occupant was swimming, others grabbing at swimming buoys. NCI then updated CG, the casualties had reached
shore. ILB had been tasked, arrived, and was stood down. All safe.
