Incident Summary:
Vessel left harbour much earlier and suffered engine failure. The casualty had informed HMCG, and intended to anchor for right tide, having solved engine problem. CG called NCI as they could not
contact vessel, asking for visual. NCI eventually established visual, 2 POB. CG asked NCI for update, and vessel later returned to harbour under their own power.
