NCI observed Police officer by fence at same location as I/R 54185 from previous day. Walking stick seen at location. HMCG informed of concerns, via Police. CRT tasked, CG updated as incident was now
Multi Agency. Air Ambulance tasked, CRT confirmed casualty was deceased, and proceeded to recover body from bottom of cliff.
