HMCG called NCI re. report of person on cliff edge near the lookout. Police and ambulance had been tasked. NCI monitored situation, and updated CG. casualty was reported in a precarious position.
Police negotiator approached casualty, took him into custody, and removed him in a police vehicle. NFA.
