HMCG called NCI re. object seen on sands - confirmed to be debris, however NCI informed CG a fisherman required monitoring on sands. CG Holyhead and CG Fleetwood discussed possible MISPER
Passing sloop asked for visual. ILB tasked, nothing was found, decided the sighting was possibly a seal.
