NCI observed a wind surfer I difficulty, HMCG informed. CG tried to call Fishing vessel to ask to help. Casualty still struggling, ILB and CRT tasked. NCI then updated CG - casualty was wading towards
the beach, CRT met casualty, who was uninjured. NFA
