NCI observed 2 MOP walking the coast path in a dangerous position on cliffs. HMCG informed, monitoring requested. They then erected a tent on the cliff edge, CG updated. ILB, already on exercise,
was tasked to investigate, but could not see casualties. No changes were observed before lookout closed. No escalation was observed.
