Incident Summary:
NCI heard radio traffic from jetski with propulsion problems. HMCG were informed by NCI. Vessel was drifting, with people on board who had been towed on a tube. Swimmer went out and helped
them ashore, everyone safely on the beach. Vessel was towed to harbour by pilot vessel.
