Incident Summary:
NCI observed a person from a rowing boat with motor was no longer on board, and swimming under the boat. HMCG cadvised of concern. casualty then did climb back into boat. possible engine problem.
A small sail was unfurled. CG updated. ILB and CRT tasked, and ILB met vessel. casualty denied he had been in the water, and that he had a motor, although CCTV showed otherwise. Incident closed.
