Incident Summary:
HMCG called NCI re. report from MOP of a vessel drifting towards rocks, no-one on board. Search requested, however CCTV did not cover location. LGs asked if they could see vessel. W/K walked to get
a better view, LGs established visual - no obvious problem. Vessel then came into view on CCTV and did not look to be in trouble. NCI updated CG, vessel was local to marina.
