Incident Summary:
NCI observed a paddle boarder heading out towards wind farm. They were 4 miles out and then lost to view, HMCG informed. Casualties wife attended NCI and assured them he was very experienced, and
was an ex LG, and had a phone. ILB tasked, but casualty contacted wife to assure he was fine. CG updated, ILB stood down, and casualty returned to beach safely.
