RNLI LGs called NCI re. dinghy behaving erratically, currently rowing. NCI agreed to monitor. NCI observed a man overboard, LGs informed and HMCG advised. CG called for update, ILB tasked. CG advised
by NCI MOB was back on vessel and it was underway. LB attended and offered advice to occupants. NFA.
