Cockle vessel reported to HMCG a kite surfer was caught in boom. NCI informed CG they had visual, monitoring requested. Vessel threw a lifebuoy, recovered casualty who was transferred to ILB. Board
was recovered. Casualty taken ashore, all safe. Kite to be recovered at low tide.
