NCI observed a kayak, 2 POB caught in Boom. HMCG informed, ILB and CRT were in area from previous incident with kite surfer. MOP tried to wade out to assist, but advised against as LB was in area.
Kayakers waded ashore, were met by Cut and offered advice.
