Incident Summary:
HMCG called ILB re. kite surfer in difficulty. Nothing seen by NCI. MOP then called NCI re incident. and casualty was then seen. NCI requested to con LB to casualty but comms not good. HELO tasked,
and NCI reported it to be directly over casualty. ILB recovered casualty to shore. Assets stood down.
