Incident Summary:
NCI informed HMCG a yacht had lost its foresail and power close to lookout. Monitoring requested. Vessel the issued Pan Pan - prop tangled and drifting. ILB tasked, and then a second ILB offered to
attend. A yacht started an initial tow, which was taken over by LB, and was towed to harbour by LB. All well. Pan Pan cancelled.
