Incident Summary:
NCI observed a yacht, which appeared to be adrift, HMCG advised. CG asked a nearby cargo vessel to investigate, and NCI to monitor. CG asked NCI for weather and tide conditions. NCI then advised
vessel had run aground. CG contacted owner of vessel, and it was decided it could be reached at low tide. NFA.
