Incident Summary:
HMCG called NCI re. report from MOP of a dinghy, 3 POB, causing concern. NCI established visual, CG informed. CG asked NCI to monitor. There was no apparent problem, however the dinghy was heading
across the main Chanel with a large ferry approaching. NCI then informed CG the dinghy had beached, then headed towards harbour and safety. Only 2 out of 3 with buoyancy aids.
