Incident Summary:
NCI observed an inappropriately dressed female, pulling a wheelie bag on the coast path. A NIC W/K later then linked this to a Facebook alert by Police, and informed them. Sadly the Police had not
alerted NCI to the MISPER. Casualty was still being sought the following day.
