Incident Summary:
May Day was issued from a capsized catamaran, 1 POB wearing a lifejacket. LB and HELO tasked, NCI asked for visual by HMCG - initially negative then casualty identified, CG updated. Monitoring
requested. rescue boat and UKBF cutter attended casualty, and cutter took casualty on board. Casualty taken ashore, and LB took upturned vessel under tow, but it subsequently broke up and was
abandoned.
