MOP( ex NCI W/K) called NCI re kite surfer in difficulty, and kept watch while casualty eventually returned to the beach. Meanwhile HMCG issued Pan Pan re same incident, and NCI informed CG of
conversation with informant. ILB had been tasked, but was stood down after CG were updated. NFA.
