Incident Summary:
Unclear MayDay heard, HMCG called with no response. NCI assessed all vessel in area, nothing apparent. CG asked NCI for visual - negative. Speedboat then reported a wave had broken the windscreen
and caused injury ro solo skipper, and impaired his vision. NCI identified vessel and gave CG an accurate position, and warned it was too close to a shingle bank. AWLB tasked, and escorted
casualty back to safety of harbour, to be met by ambulance.
