Incident Summary:
HMCG called NCI re. report from MOP of a foil surfer in difficulty. NCI could not see anyone in trouble. 30 minuted later, NCI observed 2 surfers who appeared to be in trouble, and informed harbour
patrol vessel. HMCG then contacted harbour vessel, asking for help. Vessel contacted casualties, and recovered them to the beach. All safe and well.
