MOP advised NCI of a partially submerged vessel, identified by NCI on CCTV, HMCG informed, and position supplied. ILB tasked, and conned to vessel by NCI. LB located vessel, which was by then on
the seabed due to low tide. No sign of occupancy on vessel. LB stood down, NFA.
