Incident Summary:
NCI observed an upturned dinghy with lifejacket and a red object. No persons visible. HMCG advised, photos sent. Video playback revealed dinghy had arrived on incoming tide. AWLB and HELO tasked to
search area, also Police arrived. Further lifejackets found, but no persons. All assets stood down as nothing further was found.
