Incident Summary:
Local rangers informed NCI of two dead dolphins, two dead seal pups, and nine dead seabirds (one +ve for avian flu) on the beach. NCI informed HMCG, and were asked by the rangers to ask MsOP to stay
away. CG tasked CRT to recover dolphins for Post Mortem examination. NCI passed rangers details to CG.
