Incident Summary:
NCI W/K observed a large Chanel buoy washed up on beach. National Trust informed, also HMCG. N.T. to contact local fisherman who is responsible for buoys. CG happy with arrangement.
NCI requested to monitor buoy until it was collected and returned to chanel.
