Incident Summary:
HMCG called NCI re.concern for a small inflatable, 3 POB, drifting off the beach. NCI informed CG they had observed the vessel move away under power. NCI updated its position - possibly fishing.
ILB tasked to check occupants, and was conned to dinghy by NCI. LB reached dinghy, spoke with occupants, who decided to return to beach, as visibility was deteriorating. All safe.
