NCI had observed a wind surfer struggling to right board, when HMCG rang re. casualty. NCI updated CG to say casualty was out of sight, in blind spot, could be ashore. ILB tasked, and reported no
sighting. Search continued, CRT tasked, and located person who confirmed he was the casualty. NFA.
