NCI observed a surfer in difficult conditions, attempting to surf. HMCG informed, monitoring requested. CRT, AWLB, and HELO were tasked, NCI lost visual contact on CCTV. MOP informed CRT they saw a
surfer matching the description leaving the water. Surfer not found but assumed to be safe, assets stood down.
