MOP informed NCI of their concern for the welfare of a person on the promenade. W/K (a qualified medic) spoke with the man, who then wandered off along the promenade. HMCG then phoned NCI
for weather for a HELO landing, as someone had fallen from the cliff. Other emergency services attended, outcome unknown by NCI.
