HMCG called NCI requesting visual on a RIB which had lost power. NCI confirmed visual - 2 POB, Pan Pan issued. NCI contacted a nearby vessel by phone, which undertook a tow to the nearest port.
CG updated by NCI as tow proceeded. Casualty turned out to be a day boat.
