NCI observed a large container washed up on beach. HMCG informed, CRT tasked. Second CRT team tasked to help. NCI closed for the day, and were informed the Council had been informed.
A later update confirmed the object to be a large mass of toxic palm oil, used by shipping to clean tanks.
