Incident Summary:
HMCG called NCI re. report from MOP of a yacht drifting and in difficulty. Visual requested. NCI had visual, nothing unusual suspected. CG attempted to contact vessel. NCI then say a person working on
there outside of the vessel, who then got back onboard. CHG updated. NCI informed CG that the vessel was drifting towards the groins, monitoring requested. Yacht them moved away under power. NFA
