Incident Summary:
MOP informed NCI there was a spent shell outside the station. HMCG informed, Police informed by CG, and local council moved the item to a site away from the station. Police arrived, cordoned off
the area, but MOD advised it was not dangerous. Police arranged for council to remove item.
