HMCG asked NCI to lookout for a vulnerable adult. A police search was ongoing. Weather report was supplied. CCTV and visual scan revealed nothing. Council official informed NCI of a person on top of
cliffs, and HELO was patrolling area. Coastal search was stood down as search moved inland.
