HMCG called NCI re. report from MOP of a wing foiler in difficulty. Visual requested. The only wing foiler did not appear to be in difficulty. CG updated, monitoring requested. As the visibility
deteriorated, visual was lost, however given that they appeared competent and not in difficulty, no further action was taken.
