Incident Summary:
NCI observed a large cylindrical object washed up on beach. HMCG informed, who contacted Fire service and local council. Fire officer attended, and was conned to object by NCI. Object was declared a
hazard. Incident handed to council for removal, however by this time the object was under water again.
