Incident Summary:
MOP reported to NCI a person in distress on the beach. NCI established visual, beach safety team called NCI to say they had called Police. Police unable to attend, ambulance called - ETA 8 hours.
HMCG informed, and casualty then appeared unresponsive. W/K approached casualty, and confirmed they were drunk, and wished to sleep it off. Casualty was monitored, CG updated.
