Incident Summary:
HMCG tried to contact a small motor vessel in difficulty. CG asked NCI if they had heard transmission - negative - Pan Pan issued, NCI confirmed visual to CG, vessel had engine failure. AWLB tasked,
NCI conned LB to casualty, as it had overshot position. LB undertook a tow to safety, NCI stood down as visual was lost.
