Incident Summary:
NCI heard a Pan Pan from HMCG re. a vessel having lost power. NCI observed three vessels in area, all of which were monitored. NCI identified vessel, crew were waving oars. 3 POB. CG informed by NCI
that they had visual. Monitoring requested. A grey RIB established a tow, and casualty vessel was towed to safety of harbour. Pan Pan cancelled.
