Incident Summary:
NCI observed harbour masters vessel moving at speed, and ascertained it had been tasked by HMCG to 2 casualties. NCI asked to monitor as they has visual. One casualty was visible on rocks, but no-one
was visible in the water. Next day the incident continued, and search resumed, involving Police HELO, AWLB, ILB and LGs. All assets were stood down, but casualty remained missing. Police to
continue dealing with incident.
