Incident Summary:
HMCG called NCI re. call from Ambulance service, who had received a call from a despondent person on pier. Search revealed no persons of interest on pier, CG updated. CRT tasked, and search continued,
ambulance service attended lookout. ILB tasked to search, and reported a person seen on rocks, but not the casualty. Casualty was located by the Police on the esplanade. Assets stood down.
