Incident Summary:
NCI observed an 10 ft. object in the water, HMCG informed, and decided no action was required then. NCI passed on information to next morning watch. Object did not appear to be a danger to vessels at
the time. Next watch observed the object ashore, CRT had removed the object, a large buoy, to be collected by the council.
